The Demon King Satan, defeated and transported to Earth, finds himself a powerless human. Alongside his general Shill, now a middle-aged man, Satan, renamed Mao, struggles to adapt to a world without magic. Their initial attempts to use magic fail hilariously. Determined to restore their powers and return, Mao and Shill obtain identities and find jobs. However, Mao's encounter with the hero Emilia reveals that their past is far from behind them.
